Meet the Team

Donna, Office Manager Donna has worked with Dr. Henry since 2000 and loves seeing the smiling faces at the end of treatment. With such a caring and compassionate boss, as well as fun and cheerful staff, it is hard not to enjoy herself at work every day. She and her husband Mark have 4 grown children, Misty, Jason, Adam and Lindsey. In her spare time she enjoys working in the yard and playing the piano. Donna is very active at First Presbyterian Church and plays the piano for the Children's Choirs as well as for the Praise Team.

Courtney, Front Desk Clerk Courtney has been with Dr. Henry since 2002. She loves getting to see the final results of Dr. Henry's work, although it is always sad to see another "family member" go. Smiles, Inc, is a great place to work and Courtney strives to make every patient feel right at home when they visit. When not sitting behind the front desk, Courtney keeps busy with her husband, Sean and their three daughters, Erin, Jacie and Regan. She is also very involved with Crestview Baptist Church, where she is the director for Jam Time and the Koinonia Youth Ensemble and is a member of the Praise team. Courtney also loves playing softball, volleyball and singing.

Sandy, Orthodontic Technician Sandy, a native of Midland, has been with Dr. Henry since 2003. She loves coming to work every day knowing that her office has such a great affect on people by doing something as simple as bettering their smile. She loves working for Dr. Henry and feels that with his encouraging ways and caring spirit you couldn't ask for a better employer and Orthodontist. When not sitting chairside, Sandy is involved in various Bible Studies and enjoys attending church and helping care for her mother. She also enjoys reading and spending time with her family & friends.

Karen, Orthodontic Technician Karen grew up in Midland and has worked with Dr. Henry since 2003. She enjoys visiting with patients and staff and has met many great people she now counts as friends. Karen is very involved in her church, Crestview Baptist, where she helps teach the Kid's Mission's Program. In her spare time she loves to scrapbook, paint and spend time with her husband, Chris, and two children, Taylor and Hudson.

Shelli, Orthodontic Technician Shelli has worked with Dr. Henry since 1991, and counts it not only as a job, but a place where a real family has developed. She loves getting to know the patients and their families and seeing the before and after of each case. Shelli is married to B.J. and they have three children, Jake, Allie and Avery. She enjoys spending time with her family and is very involved with her church, Stonegate Fellowship, and with ETeen Community Bible Study.

Belinda, Orthodontic Technician Belinda started her career in orthodontics in 2002 and enjoys it very much. She loves seeing the wonderful results of each patient's care, working for such a great doctor and getting to know each and every patient. Belinda has 2 brothers and 2 sisters and enjoys spending time with them, as well as her many friends.
